Hey everyone, my name is Ronnie Petito.
I am a strength and performance coach, born and raised in Cape Coral, Florida.
I graduated from the University of the Sciences with a Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences, Majoring in Exercise Science & Wellness Management
Throughout my professional career as a coach I have worked with every age and skill level- from children at age 6, to high school & college athletes, and even senior citizens that are 80 + years old!
I have been fortunate enough and am very grateful that I have been able to help numerous people lose weight, shred fat, build muscle, increase strength very quickly, and (for my athletes) greatly improve their athletic performance.
This is my job and I truly love doing it.
